Client Journey's

I have been seeing Lisa for the past year as she has helped me to test for and address high levels of mycotoxins in my system (mould poisoning). This isn’t something widely recognized by health professionals so it was a relief to find a practitioner who understood what I was going through.

Lisa assisted me with a comprehensive detox including dietary recommendations and supplement protocol and within 6 months I was back to feeling myself again. Earlier this year I had my 8 year old daughter tested for mycotoxins as she was showing similar symptoms to me. When she tested for elevated levels I was delighted to have Lisa there to guide us through an appropriate protocol.

Lisa has a gentle and warm character and a wealth of knowledge about the science of nutrition. I have been impressed with her lateral approach to working with my daughter and myself and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her services.

I was extremely fortunate to find Lisa when there seemed nowhere else to go with my digestive health issues. I had seen numerous conventional doctors, none of whom were able to help me feel better.

Lisa however, looked at my whole body through a functional medicine lens, why it wasn’t working correctly and partnered with me to bring it back into balance. Through an initial two hour introductory consultation, where she reviewed my entire health history, Lisa delved into what had caused the initial imbalance in order to get to the root of the issue.

Through some, but not excessive testing, and education, Lisa has not only helped me to recover, but she has given me the ability and knowledge to take charge going forward. I cannot thank her enough and for anyone thinking about working with her on their health journey would say “Go for it, it’s life changing”.

Female 48, Banking Executive and Mother

Lisa is first and foremost very wonderful, insightful and super caring.  She’s been helping me for the last several years as my issues are extremely complicated.  I’m carrying a heavy load of toxins and have been developing numerous related symptoms.

Lisa has been helping me to discern what may be causing my issues.  I’ve been quite sick and Lisa has been holding my hands throughout.  Many a times, I reached out to Lisa, bombarding her with emails and she’s always come through for me.

Lisa’s approach is holistic and all encompassing, with an emphasis on healthy living and complementary therapies to conventional medicines (the latter of which have failed many of us).  With Lisa’s help, many of my health issues have been resolved or become much less severe.  Patients are not just cases to Lisa, they are treated as individuals with customised protocols and solutions appropriate to their own needs.   Lisa has come through with so many kinds of testing and supplements that I’d never heard of, with the aim of finding the ROOT causes to problems, as Lisa doesn’t just look at symptoms. She also works collaboratively with other functional/ integrative health professionals, to make sure her clients get the best all round possible care.

Lisa never ceases to amaze me with her extensive knowledge on many subject matters, ranging from the most prevalent health ailments to the more obscure issues not often heard of in mainstream medicine.  This means that she’d be able to help you with any health condition, or that she’d know who to refer you to should that be the case. I highly recommend Lisa.
