CONSULTATIONS – TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT

Health of Humankind will provide clients undertaking any services offered a separate document spelling out the terms of engagement between the client and practitioner. The client must agree and sign the Terms of Engagement form before a consultation may take place.

Please note that free 10-minute online pre-consultations are offered merely for the purposes of determining whether Health of Humankind’s practitioners meet the client’s requirements, any personal information shared during a pre-consultation will be treated with confidentiality and it is understood that any advice given or commentary made during such pre-consultations is NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR MEDICAL ADVICE. No charges will be levied for such one-off pre-consultations and as such they do not fall under the Terms of Engagement for consultations.
